Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of beard care products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at maneofhonour@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Important Notes:

Returns must be approved prior to shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Refunds will not be issued for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging during return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Include clear photos and a description of the issue in your email to maneofhonour@gmail.com. Failure to report issues within this time frame will result in the inability to process a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of beard care products, the following are non-returnable:

Opened or used products (e.g., beard oils, balms, washes, or combs)

Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., customized gift sets)

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please go through the return process for the original product and place a new order for the desired item after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price to cover handling and processing costs. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at maneofhonour@gmail.com.

Only unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

Return shipping and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or improperly packaged returns.
